With this project we were asked to renovate most of the property inside and out after a very large extension being recently built to the rear of the property. We undertook all the plastering within the new extension comprising of around 200m2. Also around 50% of the existing property needed extensive Plastering, Dry Lining, Backing Coats and Cornice Work. due to changes of the layout and upgrading. The exterior of the property was given a much needed and contemporary finish using K Rend Fine Texture Silicone Render. As you can see in the photographs this has totally transformed this house from a run down and dated bungalow into a modern and contemporary living environment.
