Renovations
We were asked to convert an existing bedroom in an old farmhouse into a stately bathroom, being a large room at 5m x 4m its a large space to fill for a bathroom. After several consultations and planning with the clients we finalised the proposed layout with the roll top bath taking pride of place in the centre of the room.
The bedroom was stripped back to bare plaster walls with the only original features left being the fireplace and original cornice. The first fix for plumbing and electrics were carried out prior to the full room being plastered, once dry the floor was tiled and bathroom suite and shower installed. At this point the final finishings and decoration were completed. The end result can be seen in the image below..
